CALENDERING: precision work

We impregnate rubber fabrics on a calender made of large cylinders. With 1/1Oth of a millimeter precision. Our labs submit samples for a series of tests: fabric stretching, traction, watertight resistance, weight controls and friction (wear).

TANKS: complex equipment...

Manufacturing a fuel tank must, in addition to having a flexible structure, be able to integrate a large number of inserts and components.

... resistant to EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS

For the development of helicopter tanks, we use several techniques: self-sealing lining against the impact of projectiles and ammunition, crash resistance, anti-lightning treatment, for example. The NH 90 tanks above are treated by applying an anti-lightning layer of copper.
