An enhanced offering
Zodiac Aircraft Systems achieved good growth, carried by its innovative developments, commercial successes, operational efficiency improvement and three strategic acquisitions.
Strengthened positions
Three strategic acquisitions have strengthened the positions of Zodiac Aircraft Systems. The acquisition of IPS12, manufacturer of electric generators and converters, consolidates the Group's leadership in on-board electrical systems, and the acquisition of ACC LaJonchere (now Zodiac Aero Duct Systems) completes its offering for joints and ducts, and the acquisition of IMS, the third largest “Passenger Centric” IFE13, accelerates its position on this growing market. Other advancements: reduced delivery times linked to the streamlining of the supplier base, and the growth of cost-competitive sites, in Morocco for the production of fuel systems and engineering, in Tunisia for electrical systems and actuators, and in Mexico where the Chihuahua plant is increasing its capabilities for cockpit and cabin lighting systems. Commercial activity has remained strong, particularly with the wide range of products from the seven divisions selected for the Falcon 5X, the new business aircraft from Dassault Aviation and the newest products for the E2, the new regional aircraft from Embraer.
