Cela peut paraître trivial mais pour le provincial

voir grandir mes filles et continuer

What is the added value you've
created that you're most proud of?
I'm co-creating the Astorg Foundation
called Astorg Philanthropy Investments. The
Foundation focuses on venture philanthropy,
supporting projects benefiting individuals
with disabilities and chronic conditions. We
support ventures with high impact potential
that could benefit from Astorg's investment
experience and network. This is an ongoing
and relatively new initiative within Astorg,
the private equity fund I work for. Despite
being in its early stages, I'm pleased with the
positive results and reactions from the team
and partners.
The decision that changed your life?
Moving to London straight after ESCP.
Honestly, London didn't attract me, so I didn't
expect to build my life or career here. Living
here gave me access to areer opportunities I
wouldn't have had elsewhere.. This was particularly
the case for a nascent sector like impact
investing at the time..
Votre devise ?
Le meilleur moyen de prévoir le futur, c'est
de le créer.
Qu'est-ce qui vous motive quand
vous vous levez le matin ?
Livrer des produits capables de faire bouger le
monde dans ce que je juge être une meilleure
direction

La compréhension de la complexité des organisations
et un paquet d'amitiés
Where do you see yourself in
10 years?
I hope to still be involved in impact investing,
but I do aim to relocate to a warmer climate!
What has ESCP done for you?
ESCP gave me access to an international
network of like-minded professionals, which
have proven to be invaluable; both in terms
of my career and in terms of the lifelong
friendships I made. ESCP also gave me incredible
international experiences that I would
not have had access to otherwise. I spent
2 years between Madrid, Costa Rica, Paris
and London.

Delivering financial returns with a positive
impact. In both public and private equity

The decision that changed your life?
Taking the ESCP exam after a weekend of
sailing. Embarking on a three-year adventure
through London-Madrid-Paris and forging
lifelong friendships.
What's your motto?
From Spanish Roman philospher Seneca,
" Luck is when preparation meets opportunity "
What motivates you when you get up in the
morning?
Doing serious things while not taking myself
too seriously. Currently I´m trying to address
the enormous challenge of decarbonisation

and energy transition via investments that can
be scaled-up to make a meaningful impact. I
enjoy building bridges between different universes
as I believe the whole is greater than
the sum of its parts.
What has ESCP done for you
professionally or personally?
ESCP has been a robust foundation of my
international career. Personally, I´m grateful to
contribute to its board as well as spearheading
the Spanish chapter of " Grandes Ecoles au
Féminin " * with four remarkable volunteers
on a mission to inspire women to leadership
positions.
