What is the added value you've
created that you're most proud of?
The startup I founded, ReLearn, emerged
from recognizing a gap in awareness regarding
the issue of waste, which had not been
considered an integral part of the environmental
problem. ReLearn educates over
15,000 people daily, and in less than two
years, we have collectively differentiated
more than 20,000 kilograms of waste that
would have otherwise ended up in landfills,
being incinerated and producing CO2
was just launching. However, believing in
the potential of our mission, I decided to
embark on this adventure. This decision
profoundly changed my life. It wasn't just
a career choice; it was a commitment to a
cause I deeply believed in. By choosing to
dedicate myself to ReLearn, I embraced the
uncertainty and challenges of startup life,
fueled by the conviction that our work could
make a meaningful difference in the environmental
sector.

We've shifted the status quo by creating
NANDO, the first zero-waste monitoring
and educational tool, proving that waste
is indeed a significant part of the environmental
challenge. This initiative represents
the added value we've created and the
achievement I'm most proud of, demonstrating
our commitment to addressing and
integrating waste management into the
broader conversation on environmental
sustainability. "
The decision that changed your life?
After completing my MBA at ESCP, I faced
a pivotal choice: either start a career in a
corporate or consulting firm or work fulltime
at ReLearn without a salary. At that
time, we had no clients yet, and the project
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In ten years, I see myself as an entrepreneur
living in a world free from waste, fully aware
that me and the ReLearn team played a crucial
role in this paradigm shift. This vision is
not just a personal aspiration; it represents
my commitment to driving meaningful
change in how society manages waste. My
journey is not just about building a successful
business but about being part of a
larger solution that addresses one of the
most pressing environmental challenges
of our time.
What's your motto?
My motto is that in life, being resourceful
is an art that you must master and know
how to wield. No matter how hard you
work, there are always external variables
that can disrupt your plans and projects.
You should never get discouraged; the true
skill lies in finding the right workaround in
the shortest possible time and turning difficulties
into treasures. This principle guides
me not just in navigating challenges but
in transforming them into opportunities
for growth and innovation. It underscores
the importance of resilience, creativity, and
adaptability-qualities that are essential for
success in any endeavor
What motivates you when you get
up in the morning?
What motivates me when I get up in the
morning is the awareness that I am working
for a company that did not exist until
two years ago but now boasts 10 employees,
a revenue growing exponentially, and an
expansion across more than six European
countries. It's exhilarating to be part of a
team that's not just witnessing but driving
this growth, shaping the future of our industry,
and making a tangible impact across
borders. This daily transformation and the
opportunity to contribute to something
greater than myself provide a deep sense of
purpose and motivation.
What has ESCP done for you?
With an engineering background, ESCP
equipped me with the necessary economic
and financial knowledge to lead a business
effectively. Moreover, it taught me how to
interact and connect with different cultures
and mindsets, making me comfortable in
any situation. This experience has significantly
enhanced both my professional and
personal development, providing me with
a broader perspective on global business
practices and enriching my interpersonal
skills. ESCP has not only broadened my
expertise in my field but also prepared
me to navigate the diverse and dynamic
challenges of the modern business world
with confidence and adaptability.
