Our partnership with the Future of Work Summit at London Tech Week 2022
As the world's oldest business school, discussions
around the future of work are not
particularly new at ESCP. It is a part of our
DNA to produce the knowledge to understand
these evolutions and prepare the next
generations of leaders, and we've been doing
so for over 200 years.
This year, we brought a new dynamic to that
conversation by participating for the first time
as silver sponsors of the Future of Work Summit
at London Tech Week 2022. One of the
hot topics at this year's event was: How can
business leaders retain talent and succeed
in surviving the Great Resignation? ESCP's
associate professor in Human Resource
management Almudena Cañibano joined
a panel of industry experts from UpSkill
Digital, Robert Half, Institute for the Future
of Work and hosted by Zoom to provide
their quick insights on the topic.
Rethink the psychological contract with your
employees, prioritise culture, and consider
upskilling that brings opportunities for true
invention (not just learning new tools) were
just a few of their recommendations.
ESCP Business School becomes an academic partners of the Women's Forum
As part of its strategic commitment to the promotion of equity and
inclusion, ESCP has entered into a partnership with the Women's
Forum.
ESCP is committed to promoting women's leadership in the corporate
world and is developing European programmes designed
to address the many issues faced by women in the workplace and
in leadership roles.
In line with this commitment, ESCP has initiated programmes such
as it's " Women in Leadership " certificate and has added content
on female leadership and entrepreneurship in many of its courses.

and has published
widely-acclaimed work on how
our organisations and people
can better deal with mistakes.

On the fifth and last episode
of We All Make Mistakes, our
podcast host Prof Ben Voyer
was joined by ESCP Professor
of Entrepreneurial Strategy,
Christoph Seckler.

Flexibility has also been added to the delivery of the School's EMBA
in order to make continuing education more accessible for women
who tend to be faced with greater caregiving responsibilities outside
of work. The programme now features choice over study mode and
duration, as well as a bigger menu of electives.
In parallel to its programmes, ESCP Business School offers a range
of scholarships specifically dedicated to female leaders to empower
them to transform companies.

Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne lancent conjointement deux
doubles diplômes en finance : un master en ingénierie financière
et un master en marché et gestion des risques. Deux programmes
qui seront proposés dès la rentrée prochaine.
