It focuses on innovating trends in the hospitality industry, crosscultural management and personal development. The programme is designed for hotel and tourism graduates who are particularly interested in the creative and multicultural aspects in the world of hospitality, thus encouraging the development of personal qualities such as flexibility, a sense of responsibility, leadership and international communication, through teamwork. IN-COMPANY RESEARCH PROJECT The programme is concluded with a fourmonth research project in the hospitality industry. This experience will give students an excellent opportunity to be involved in and learn how business is done at carefully selected companies in many countries. During placement, the students work on a research assignment inside the company.
