Aimer’s Grand Opening
in Singapore
T
he Chinese lingerie brand Aimer opened a 1576 ft2 flagship store in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore last July. It is the third Aimer store in the Asian city, as the famous lingerie brand had already opened in VivoCity and Robinson Raffles City in December 2010. The inauguration event was a grand affair, attended by Brand Ambassador Movie Actress Gong Li, with Aimer Group Chairman Zhang Rong Ming. The new store will offer a wide range of Aimer products and La Clover, a high-end line of the Aimer Group, and presents a very diverse selection of items including lingerie, homewear, loungewear, nightwear and swimwear The new store is located in Southeast Asia’s latest entertainment center, a project thought out to be a reference destination overlooking the bay. Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort, designed by Las Vegas Sands, a hotel and shopping haven where Aimer has found the perfect spot for its next endeavour. The seventeen year old brand Aimer is now a reference brand in Asia and for Zhang Rong Ming, the brand responds to quality-life pursuing women’s “multi-faceted roles in today’s modern society. It is undeniable that women are becoming more sophisticated, desiring to show off their fashion, exquisite and sexy side through all things beautiful, such as sensuous pieces of lingerie.” As for the brand’s ambassador Gong Li, “to have the opportunity to represent Aimer is to believe in the brand and identify with what it stands for.
