Business News A new look for Simone Pérèle For 2009 Simone Pérèle reveals a new “Oh-so-French” image. Following a competition which saw the participation of five agencies the brand chose Guest List to follow its image renovation. The new face of Simone Pérèle will be revealed to the public in September 2009 and the campaign will be based on a series of studies carried out to clearly define the Simone Pérèle product offer on a lingerie market which has become increasingly competitive, and to present an image in line with the values the brand advocates: a natural flair, charm and uniqueness. Signed by the photographer Alexia Silvagni, who has carried out numerous portraits and fashion photos for the magazine Elle, the campaign is characterized by a new photographic style juxtaposing large product images with portraits expressing specific emotions and moods. Through this new communication campaign Simone Pérèle has chosen to adopt the slogan “Simone, so French” and to invest it with the power of attraction, that of THE French woman, free and refined. With her indefinable charm, her combination of styles, mannerisms and self-expression, the Simone Pérèle woman is a woman in full bloom, in tune with her time, open towards the world and to others; she is a naturally stylish woman who infuses art and creativity in her daily life . Wolf offers wider capacity Present on the Chinese territory for over 15 years, between 2007 and 2008 Wolf bought the multibrand chain of stores Innée (see our Newer Notables article) as well as Lingerie Philosophy. Now the French group is reinforcing its position on the Asian continent thanks to a new manufacturing plant located in Dong Guan in south-east China. Since June 2008 some 500 employees working inside a state of the art infrastructure have been producing no less than 250,000 items per month. With its brands Rosy, Billet Doux and Sans Complexe, Wolf is the number 2 lingerie colossal in France. 94
