The Business Development department supports the Group's growth and offers its support to entities with the goal of strengthening customer relationships and enhancing internal synergies and innovation. It includes four structures responsible for:

- relations with manufacturers with a dedicated contact for the seven largest accounts;

- relations with airlines through a global network;

- joint strategic projects with several divisions (airbag, cabin lighting, etc.);

- mergers/acquisitions, an integral part of the Group's DNA.

Optimized solutions

“We enhance our offering with optimized solutions, some of which are the result of close collaboration with our Boeing and Airbus manufacturer customers through dedicated teams that bring together representatives from our various divisions. For example, we are developing innovative solutions to further integrate the structural elements of the cabin in order to density without compromising passenger comfort. This is the case with our latest lavatory and galleys configuration, which is based on new monuments and inserts. Another example: the ISIS interior cabin designed by our ZEO design and innovation studio, awarded three Crystal Cabin Awards and selected by several airlines for the retrofit of their Airbus A320s and Boeing B737s”

Innovation through synergies

“Innovation is also what underlies our new organization in five Segments, each one with the most product specificity. Our ambition is to be the most efficient and innovative in our customer services.

We promote internal synergies to develop a common approach and we present ourselves under a single banner on a market that is increasingly concentrated and competitive. Certain support functions (Business Development, security, quality, Lean, HR, etc.) are also shared. We are now working together and using our entrepreneurial spirit for collective success, each according to his or her level. This is a winning approach, as is shown by the selection by Comae of our galleys and lavatories for its C919”
