And after a 2-year experience decided to create Premium Relocation & Home Hunting. Who is Premium Relocation & Home Hunting? Premium Relocation provides relocation and moving solutions to consumers, corporations and governments. We stand on the relocation industry’s leading edge with innovative services designed to meet the evolving needs of our customers, such as policy consulting, global mobility management, home sale assistance, mortgage, and moving. In addition, we have developed a Home Hunting department for property acquisitions. and my experience at Deutsche Bank were a huge help. There are lots of risks in creating a new business: doubts, change of life style (lowered standards), sometimes loneliness, but you have to keep on going, and as soon as the business starts to flourish, you really feel good! Is there anything that you do differently with Premium Relocation & Home Hunting than your competitors? Our team is the difference. We are all shareholders and highly dedicated to our jobs. We all help Premium Relocation foster long-term relationships with clients by providing them with consistently rigorous thinking and reliable execution. The talent and passion of our team are critical to our success. Together, we share a common set of values rooted in integrity, respect and tolerance set by our Republic. At Premium Home Hunting, our team assists clients by carrying out their property acquisition step by step. The team brings together investment professionals from several European countries who have considerable combined sector experience and in-depth knowledge of the Parisian real estate markets. Their diverse professional backgrounds enable Premium Home Hunting to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to investing. Premium Home Hunting is organized around two teams: one team dedicated to house hunting, and an Investment Group, notably in charge of structuring and executing the transactions. You have been very involved in nearly all aspects of your companies. What is the next step? I am currently developing our European network for Premium Relocation with the objective of building worldwide partnerships with high quality local companies. In the long run, why not build a franchise? There is a lot to do. l company that caters expats. « Creating a » What inspired you to create Premium Relocation & Home Hunting? Since my child houd, I have traveled a lot, being that my parents were « expats ». I experienced the stress of changing environment leaving friends and family behind. When living abroad, merging into another culture as well as into foreign languages is an exciting challenge and enriching experience but it can be very depressing sometimes. When I went to Kaist University in South Korea for my exchange program, the experience was all my own. How do I find an apartment? How do I open a bank account? That’s when the idea of creating a company that caters to the needs of expats’ started to grow in my mind. Before creating my company, I wanted above all to gain corporate experience at Deutsche Bank. This experience required a lot of commitment and hard work with its strict deadlines. The variety of the tasks involved in my assignments has allowed me to think broadly about organizational dynamics and strategic issues. After a 2-year experience and a bonus in my pocket, I quit to eventually start my new business.
