A new way to boost your career in London: AVARAP!

Europe Alumni started offering these career workshops in 2005 in Paris, 17 groups were formed and 200 people took part in them.

VARAP is a method that has a long track record in France helping executives in career transition. AVARAP is renowned for its successful workshops and has helped more than 10.000 executives in the last 25 years. Since ESCP Europe Alumni started offering these career workshops in 2005 in Paris, 17 groups were formed and 200 people took part in them.

What is Avarap?

Now Avarap sets up shop in the UK!

Everything started on Monday, 1st of March at the ESCP Europe London campus... The first group of six will be meeting every monday evening for the next three months and every other saturday, facilitated by their « sponsor » Laurent Brouat. Laurent is an established professional in the career field, coaching international executives based in London. The group comprises 3 alumni from ESCP Europe, 2 from EM Lyon and one from EDHEC. The AVARAP method, derived from the Palo Alto school techniques, is thorough, original and has proved its efficiency. It is especially designed for executives who are currently working or out of job. It is based on group dynamics and creativity. Originally, it is a 6 months program following the pace of one meeting per week. This method for a career change follows 3 steps: 1 - Assess today your professional skills and personal life; 2 - Imagine tomorrow with a forward view on your professional possibilities; 3 - Craft an action plan grounded in the reality of the market.

It is more intensive -3 months of hard work, one monday every week and 2 saturdays per monthand very dynamic... like the British employment market. The guideline for participants has been translated but also customized to the UK market.
