Une belle aventure humaine face à la crise…
éritable innovation face à la crise, le Pack Anti-Crise Emploi, développé depuis septembre dernier par l’Association ESCP Europe Alumni, a prouvé, s’il en était besoin, qu’un formidable élan de solidarité dans un réseau d’Anciens avait encore toute sa place dans le monde économique d’aujourd’hui. Le principe du Pack est le suivant : proposer aux diplômés hors poste un Mentor, un Expert Emploi, un atelier thématique à choisir parmi les événements et conférences proposés par l’Association ; enfin, une cotisation à 50 %. En cinq mois, 102 Experts ont rejoint le Career Expert Club, et la communauté des Mentors est riche de 205 membres. 200 Bénéficiaires sont ainsi accompagnés dans leurs démarches et leurs recherches. 38 ont retrouvé un emploi. La solidarité n’est donc pas un vain mot et, si vous souhaitez vous aussi participer à cette formidable aventure humaine, venez rejoindre le Pack dès maintenant ! Par ailleurs, le Pôle Évolution Professionnelle, dont la vocation est d’accompagner les Alumni et futurs Alumni dans les moments clés de leur vie professionnelle, mène de nombreux projets dont les principaux axes sont l’internationalisation et la communication. Tous ces développements -et le Pack AntiCrise Emploi en particulier- apportent la preuve que la « valeur d’innovation » et la création de nouvelles richesses par l’intelligence humaine renforcent la dimension humaniste de l’Association, dont les valeurs de solidarité, de respect, de partage, sont les fondements de notre engagement. C’est le credo que nous formulons pour relever les défis actuels. À très vite.

A humanistic answer to these times of crisis…

he ESCP Europe Alumni Association has been implementing an innovative response to the current economic downturn : the «Beat the Crisis» Pack. The success of this initiative has proven, yet again, that there was such a thing as solidarity within an alumni network, even in today’s economic world. The spirit is simple: offer alumni without a job the possibility to receive advice from a Mentor and a Career Expert, to attend one of the workshops proposed among a variety of conferences and events, and finally to get 50 % off their 2010 membership dues. In only five months, 102 Career Experts and a community of 205 Mentors had volunteered their time. Today, 200 beneficiaries are receiving guidance and support in their career approach and job search. 38 have actually found a job thanks to this initiative! All this proves that there is room for commitment and help to others in our lives. So if you too wish to get involved in this great human adventure, please join us and our «Beat the Crisis» Pack now! Meanwhile, the PEP (career pole) remains involved on numerous other projects such as internationalization and communication, in addition to its traditional role helping alumni and future graduates at key moments of their professional lives. All these recent developments, in particular the «Beat the Crisis» Pack, show that being innovative and using our collective intelligence to create value is consistent with the values of our Association. Solidarity, respect and sharing are crucial to us and they are the basis of our commitment. Working in harmony with these values will remain our guiding principles in order to tackle today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. See you soon.
